The Old Lion

A Lion had grown old and weak. Animals he had once ruled over came by and mocked or even hit him.

Finally, a Donkey kicked him in the face.

The dying Lion whispered, “I’ve suffered many things, but being kicked by a Donkey is the worst insult.”

Moral: When you fall from power, even the weakest will insult you.
