The Herdsman and the Lost Bull

A Herdsman lost a young bull. He vowed to sacrifice a lamb to the gods if he found the thief.

Then he saw a Lion eating the bull. He cried, “Forget the lamb—I’d give another bull just to escape!”

Moral: Big problems make small ones look easy.
