The Crab and Its Mother
A young Crab was walking sideways, as crabs do. Its mother said, “Don’t walk like that—walk straight forward.”
The young Crab replied, “Show me how, Mom.”
The mother tried—and of course, couldn’t walk straight either.
Moral: Don’t criticize others for faults you also have.
