The Dog and the Cook

A rich man held a feast, and his Cook prepared delicious food.

As the Cook turned away, the Dog snatched a roast and ran.

Other Dogs chased him, hoping to get a bite.

But the Dog said, “If you wanted a share, you should’ve helped me steal it!”

Moral: Don’t expect to share the rewards when you didn’t take part in the risk.
